Damaged Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged due to USPS transportation, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly email us with photos of the damaged item and your order details so we can assess the issue.
Each case is evaluated individually, and we will work with you to determine the best resolution. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to one per customer.
